These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Game Focus mobile application (“the App”) provided by Game Focus (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Game Focus is a performance tracking app designed to help users reflect on and improve their training and performance. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and not misuse its functionality.
2. No Guarantees
The App is intended as a support tool. We do not guarantee specific results, performance improvements, or outcomes. All use is at your own discretion.
3. Subscriptions
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (“Game Focus Premium”).
Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
4. Free and Premium Features
The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features are accessible only with an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or availability at any time.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for backing up your data. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
